In this message, we'll uncover how deception becomes dangerous when it feels normal, why the enemy fights so hard for your attention, and how true freedom is found in Christ alone. Whether you're battling fear, anxiety, addiction, shame, distraction, or spiritual oppression, this message is a reminder that freedom is not something you earn—it's something Jesus already purchased for you.

Want to welcome all of our celebration everywhere, family all over the world that are leaning into this moment. What an honor and a privilege it is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ together with our brothers and sisters. Amen. Acts chapter 8. Beginning at verse number 11. I'm gonna read this passage of scripture. I'm gonna pray. I'm gonna unpack this word that God has placed on my heart for our time together. Beginning at verse number 11, the NASP translation says, and they were paying attention to him because for a long time he had astounded them with his magic arts. When they believed Philip as he was preaching the good news about the kingdom of God in the name of Jesus Christ, both men and women were being baptized. Now even Simon himself believed, and after being baptized, he continued on with Philip. And as he observed signs and great miracles taking place, he was repeatedly amazed. They were paying attention to him because for a long time he had astounded them with his magic arts. But when they believed Philip as he was preaching the good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, both men and women were being baptized. Now even Simon himself believed. And after being baptized, he continued on with Philip. And as he observed signs and great miracles taking place, he repeatedly was amazed. And for a moment, I want to utilize these verses for our subject matter today, entitled Free People, Free People, Free People, Free People, No Longer Bound, You A Free, No Longer A Slave to Sin. You are free, no longer in shackled and burdened down. You are free. And I wonder right here at the very beginning, if you know that you're free. If you know that you are free. Oh come on, I need to hear you. I said if you know that you're free. Son of the God with the holy subject. Let's pray, Spirit of the living God. We ask that you would fall afresh in this moment. We thank you for your word. We ask that it would not just change us but transform us. God, we know where the help comes from, it comes from you. And so, Lord, today I ask that you would help me. Help me deliver the message you've placed in my heart. Help me communicate it appropriately. Help me move out of the way, God, so that it's all of you and none of me. God, help me strengthen me so that I may be your manservant today. In the name of Jesus, I pray. My prayer is that those that came in bound would leave this moment free. For your word stands to the sun sets free. It's free indeed. Now, if you believe that he's still a chainbreaker, a yoke destroyer, a burden lifter, come on one time real life. Put your hands together and bless the name of Jesus. You can take your seats in Jesus' name. Free people. As we find ourselves in the text today, we are continuing to walk down through the Acts of the Apostles, and we have stumbled upon a man named Simon the Sorcerer, who is practicing magic and witchcraft and dark arts, and he has Samaria in a chokehold. And the grip on Samaria is that they are fascinated by his magic. They are fascinated by his witchcraft. And anything you are fascinated by, you become fascinated to. And the same place that Jesus performed miracles, the same place that Jesus did incredible things, the same place where people were in awe and wonder of the mercy of Jesus Christ is now the same place that is captivated and being entertained by magic and witchcraft. And so often we are entering into places, not understanding the place that we are entering into if we're not sensitive to the Holy Spirit. And Samaria is a region that is being controlled by witchcraft. That's why it's important for us to know and understand the enemy does not just want to possess you for the simple fact of possessing you. He wants to possess you because he knows the territory you're walking into to possess yourself. And so whenever the enemy starts messing with you, it's because you are headed in the right direction. That's why he started messing with your children earlier than he messed with you because of the things you're doing that is breaking generational ties and generational curses and the things that you had to fight that your parents did not defeat. That's why the things that you're battling right now seem so intense and seem so consistent because the enemy, whether you know it or not, is organized. The enemy is organized, more organized than you think he is. That's why it seems like there's one attack after the next, one sickness after the other, one battle after the next. Because the enemy wants you to be so distracted with warfare that you never get a picture of who you actually are in the spirit. For if you actually got a glimpse of who you are in the spirit, you wouldn't waste your time with minuscule battle. You wouldn't waste your time with little imps. You remind them that you carry more spiritual authority than they ever could. That your rank in the spirit outranks them. So I don't even move when little imps try to come and distract me. I remind them, get behind me, Satan. You have no authority, I'll say so in my life. If we can get on one accord around that as the body of Christ, we would be undefeated. I don't want you to pay attention to something as you read scripture. Not once do you see from Genesis to Revelation that demons fight each other. Not once from Genesis to Revelation do you see where demons go against each other. They are unified in their approach and unified in their attack. The only people that really fight against themselves are Christians. You believe this, or you believe that, so we're at odds with each other. You believe this, and we believe this, and we go create our own denomination. You believe this, so and we believe that, so you're wrong, and we're right, and we are in fighting against ourselves instead of fighting against the principalities of darkness. It is because we have gotten distracted without direction. The enemy, he desires for you to be so distracted that you don't pay attention to what he's actually doing and what he's actually manipulating, and what he's actually trying to control in your life. And Samaria is in the choke hole of Simon the Sorcerer under the spell, if you would have it, of what he is doing to entertain them and to keep them fascinated by his witchcraft. But the reality is counterfeit power can amaze people for a season, but only the gospel can free people forever. I'll say it again. Counterfeit power can amaze people for a season, but only the gospel of Jesus Christ can free people forever. So what I want us to do is walk down through the text verse by verse, line by line, pick out of it the things that Jesus desires for us to see today, and then we're gonna look at some application and see how it applies to our lives. Verse number 11 the power of long-term deception. The people kept giving Simon attention because he had for a long time astonished them with his magic. I want you to underline that for a long time. This is important because deception had a history in this city, and Simon's influence was not built overnight. He had become a part of the spiritual atmosphere, he had become a part of the spiritual climate in Samaria. He was a spiritual giant of darkness in Samaria because he had entertained and fascinated the people for a long time. Which brings me to the first question. What are you fascinated by in this season of your life? What relationships have you fastened yourself to that God has called you to sever? What conversations have you entertained that God has called you to press on mute? What phone calls do you continue to pick up or what text messages do you continue to respond to that God has called you to cut off? Because deception, it has this crazy way of making you believe that you are stronger than the deception is leading you. And the reality is that separate from Jesus, deception will lead you longer than you intended for it to lead you, and it will take you deeper than you intended for it to take you. And you are not as strong as you think you are without Jesus Christ. And when we find ourselves in danger is when we stop questioning what we have tolerated for too long. If you don't continue to question the things that look questionable in your life, they will consume you. If you don't continue to question the things that look questionable in your circumstances and in your situations and even in your circle, they will consume you. A counterfeit power can never compete with the true power of the Holy Spirit, but it will distract you. And it will try to delay you, and it will try to deny you, and it will try to deter you, but it can only do those things if you pay those distractions attention. So when we stop questioning, it needs to be questioned. We turn over our authority into the wickedness and to the powers of darkness. We lean into preference and our perspective instead of purpose and the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. What I've learned in scripture is that the greatest danger of deception is not that it appears evil, it is that it becomes familiar. So familiar that you laugh at it. So familiar that you tolerate it. And here's the reality: whatever you tolerate won't change. I'll say that again. Whatever you tolerate will not change. So if you tolerate your hangups and your hiccups and your addictions and your habits, they will not change. But if you challenge them, they will change. See, we need more challenge in the body of Christ because we've tolerated sin for too long. We need more challenge in the church of God because we've tolerated things for too long and we accept what culture and society tell us we need to accept for the purpose of being accepted by culture and society. But God did not place us here to be accepted by culture and society. He called us to be affirmed and approved by him and the kingdom of God. And the word of God says that when we seek him first and his righteousness, all these things shall be added unto you. The longer deception lives unchallenged in your life, the more normal bondage begins to feel. And some of you are in chained and you don't even know it because it's so comfortable, it's so convenient, it's so, it's so much like your personality that you feel uncomfortable when your convictions begin to get challenged and your sin begins to get called to the rug, and you begin to get uncomfortable when the room gets hot because it's no longer appeasing the sin you felt comfortable in living with. And the reason you don't feel comfortable around righteousness and things that are pure and holy is because you've entertained the enemy for so long that you've made him a companion. And so when you hear things like, oh, what a friend we have in Jesus, it stirs up something on the inside of you because surely Jesus couldn't be a friend of you. That's what the enemy would have you to believe. The enemy would have you to believe that you're too far gone. And because you haven't spoken to Jesus in a while, he does not want to hear from you. Because of the sins you have committed, you're too dirty to be cleaned by the Savior. And the reality of that statement is that none of it is true. For God is as close to you as your own breath. And He knows who you are when you don't know who you are. He knows where you're headed when you don't know where you're headed. He knows how you got out of what you got out of when you don't know how you got out of what you got out of. And you are here because the prayers of someone else kept you here. Did you hear what I said? I said, you are here because the prayers of someone else kept you here. I am here because the prayers of that woman right there on that front row kept me here. The prayers of a righteous man and a righteous woman they availeth much when I wanted to die early. Her prayers kept me alive. When I wanted to give up, her prayers kept me going. When I wanted to throw in the prayer, her prayers kept me going. You are where you are because the prayers of a few good men and women, they kept you when you could not keep yourself. And when you could not lift yourself, you better believe it was love that lifted you. You better believe it was love that covered you. You better believe it was love that kept you. You better believe it was love that set you free. And if you were free and free indeed, why don't you shout hallelujah right here at the very beginning? And so one man has Samaria in the chokehold, but how many of you know that where one man has been planted by the enemy, God also plants one man to bring about change for the body of Christ. And something powerful happens when one man gets a revelation of Jesus Christ. Something powerful happens when one woman gets a revelation of her risen Savior. Something powerful when one grabs a hold of the revelation that one man came to change all the trajectory of mankind. It doesn't take many, it just takes one. And when you are that one, and when you acknowledge that if no one else praises him, I'm gonna be the one that goes and praises him. If no one else cries out, I'm gonna be the one that goes and cries out. No one else lifts your hand. I'm gonna be the one because of the one that saves me, healed me, delivered me, set me free, freed me from sin and hell and condemnation, freed me from guilt and shame. When guilt and shame tried to overwhelm me, it was one that did that, not many. One, the one that came in flesh, the one that took your sins to the whipping posts and 39 times with you on his mind, had his flesh torn off of his bone and his organs exposed, the one that went to the cross for you and me on his mind, the one that took nails in his hand and a thorn on his head and a pierce in his side, the one that took a nail in his feet, he did that as the one with you, as one on his mind. So don't tell me one can change the world because one absolutely changed the world. And the word of God says, if one can chase a thousand, two can send ten thousand to fight. Well, the good news is it's more than two of us in here today, baby. And I wonder how impactful we can be for the world when we realize that there's only one true living Savior, and his name is don't tell me what one can't do. Sometimes you better wake yourself up in the morning and you better remind yourself I'm one of them ones. Yeah, I may not look like it, I may not feel like it, my body may be in pain right now, but I'm one of them ones. My life may not be going the way that I planned for it to go, but I'm one of them ones. My world may be flipped upside down today, but I'm one of them ones. Things may not be going the way I had planned, but I'm one of them ones. I may be in the middle of hell right now. Become hell and hell. For me and my house, we will serve the Lord because I'm one of them ones. You better remind yourself and you better remind the enemy that you are one of them ones. Just talking. We just visiting, we just visiting. You one of them ones. When you feel bound, you better remind yourself as one of the ones who the sun set free. It's free indeed. I know you can still see the cuff prints on my wrist, but I'm a free man. I I know I may still smell like bondage. I know there's some yoke things still attached to me, but I am free because the sun has set me free. And who am I to argue with the freedom that he's already provided for me? So if he's already provided freedom for me, then I have to step into the freedom that only he can provide. I am free. I may feel bound, but I am free. I may feel restricted, but I am free. Things may not be going the way that I anticipated and planned, but I am free. Things may not be going my way, but I am free. I may have more months than I have money, but I am free. I am no longer bound. I am no longer restricted. I am no longer in chains. I am no longer confined. I am no longer sick. I am no longer diseased. I am no longer walking through the pain. I am no longer walking through the trials and the tribulations. Oh, I'm talking to myself right now. I am no longer who I used to be because God has freed me from the bondage of sin, hell, and death, declaring over me that I am free. But he will surely have you believing that he has. The most dangerous deception isn't the lie that shocks you. The most dangerous deception is the lie you've lived around so long that it no longer bothers you. And some of you have believed the lie that you are defeated. Witchcraft has entangled itself in your mind so deeply that now you don't even view it as witchcraft. You view it as entertainment. You've been listening to the chatter for so long that you think the chatter is the voice of God. You've been deceived by the voice of the enemy. And have you ever noticed in your life that the enemy does not deceive you by scaring you? The enemy deceives you. Because when you want something, it has a tendency of speeding up your patience. And if the enemy can get you impatient, he can get you to step into a season God never intended for you to step into. And you're so blinded by the deception that you begin to believe it's breakthrough. And you follow the carrot that he continues to dangle in front of you because it comes in the package of everything you want. And Simon the Sorcerer, he's entertaining Samaria. He has them fascinated. He has them in a chokehold, not because he's scaring them and they are all fearful, but because he's entertaining them and they're all fascinated. And whatever you are fascinated by, you get fascinated to. Long-term deception doesn't just blind you, it trains you to become normal to darkness. The enemy's greatest victories are not the sins culture condemns. The greatest deception of this life is not that you would be scared and fearful into being led by the enemy. Which leads me to believe that there is nothing that can free you but the word of God. The word of God will break the spells off of your life. The word of God will break the voodoo curse off of your life. The word of God will destroy whatever roots have been spoken over you. The word of God will tear down every curse, every naysayer that's spoken something over you. The word of God will even go into the places that people have spoken about you negatively and cursed your name and cursed the God that you serve. And he will be a shield and a butler in front of you to protect you and keep your mind in perfect peace when your mind is stayed on him. The word of God will go before you. It will go beside you. It will go behind you. It will keep you covered like an iron dome of protection when you can't keep yourself. It is the word of God that will lift you. It is the word of God that will cover you. It is the word of God that will protect you. It is the word of God that will shield you. It is the word of God that will be a shadow. It is the word of God that will be a shade by day and a fire by night. It is the word of God that will keep your mind in perfect peace when your mind feels scrambled like eggs. It is the word of God that brings about change and transformation in your life. And if it's not the word, then it will not set you free. Because only the word of God has the power, has the authority, has the dominion to set you free and place you on a path of righteousness, not for your namesake, not for your family's namesake, not for your parents and them, but for the namesake of the one who saved. Point number one. What captures your attention can eventually control your allegiance. Whatever keeps fascinating you, whether you know it or not, has already begun to form you. That's why I tell you to get in the word of God so that the word of God can form you. That's why I tell you, don't trust me, trust the word of God so that the word of God can form you. That's why I always tell you, don't take my word for it, take the word of God for its value, because it is the only thing that will bring about change and transformation in your life. Whatever you are fascinated by has already begun to form you. And if you're not fascinated by the word of God, fascinated by the presence of God, fascinated by the person of Jesus Christ, you're not being formed by Him, you're being formed by the enemy. Not every door is opportunity. Some open doors are leading you into greater bondage and you don't even know it. And so what captures your attention can eventually control your allegiance. Curiosity, it becomes dangerous when it starts discipling your desires. When curiosity starts leading you, and when curiosity starts determining your direction, and when curiosity starts dictating what you do and how you do it, then it is already forming this ego and this selfish ambition and this pride on the inside of you that needs to be crucified and laid on the altar so that you can become what Paul describes as a living sacrifice. And it is not until you fully surrender that you understand how feeble you actually are. How weak in your own flesh you actually are. How controlled and manipulated by the forces of the enemy that you actually are. Because if darkness can keep you fascinated, darkness will keep you entertained. And if darkness can keep you entertained, darkness will keep you unaware. Simon, he held the city because he had their attention. What has your attention? Better yet, who has your attention? Some of you give too much attention to people that don't care about you. Some of you give too much attention to people who don't even know you. Who hasn't even had a conversation with you. Give too much attention to the people who at the end of your life won't be at your bedside. Stop giving your attention to people who don't deserve it. And start giving your attention to people that desire it. Number two is this. When Jesus becomes clear, counterfeits become obvious. Some of us don't know real from fake because Jesus hasn't become clear enough to us. Some of us think false prophets are real because Jesus hasn't become clear to us. Some of us think people aren't anointed unless they carry the title of apostle because Jesus has not become clear to us. Some of us don't believe we have power in our own prayer, and someone else needs to pray for us because Jesus has not become clear to us. Some of us believe that we have to pray to someone else before we can go to Jesus because Jesus has not become clear to us. So we utilize language like there are many pathways to God, and there are many ways in the universe and all these different things. But there is only one way to the Father, and that is through the Son, Jesus Christ. There's only one who saved, there's only one who there's only one who delivered, there's only one who sets free, there's only one who removes yokes and destroys bondages and breaks chains. There is only one. And when one touches you, your life is changed to touch another one. And when you touch that one, their responsibility is to touch another one. And before you know it, your one life has a ripple on many lives because you dared to believe that one could change you. And as you change the lives of someone else because of one, their life is changing the life of other people as well. When Jesus becomes clear, counterfeits become obvious. The gospel doesn't need to compete with counterfeit power, it confronts it. Someone got offended by my statement last week about yoga. Let me be honest with you. I don't care. Because it's clear you don't know the origins of how it started. It's clear you don't even understand the witchcraft that has entangled your mind. It's clear that you're listening to the wrong voice. It's clear that what you are doing has become so ingrained in your lifestyle that not only Jesus has a desire to break it, but you have to have a desire to break it too. And if you come into agreement with yoga, then you're coming into agreement with bondage. Palates, you know what I'm saying? Stretch. The gospel doesn't compete with counterfeit power, it confronts it. Philip did not outperform Simon, he just preached Christ. Truth does not need tricks to be powerful. That's why I encourage you to be mindful of who you listen to because if their whole message of Jesus Christ revolves around trickery, then they are not preaching the same Bible that you need to hear. They are preaching a false doctrine and a half truth. And you need the whole truth because it is the whole truth that sets you free. And the truth will set you free when it is applied to your life and your mind and your heart and your spirit and your soul. And if the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ does not do it, it won't get done. And so, although counterfeit power may impress the crowd, kingdom power frees the captives. Jesus did not come to astonish your flesh, he came to awaken your soul. But only Jesus can convert that crowd to follow. What true power and true fire looks like. So point number two again is that when Jesus becomes clear, counterfeit has become obvious. I don't want to be entertained. I need to be edified. I don't want to be comforted in my sin. My flesh needs to be convicted out of my sin. I don't want to be celebrated in my flesh. I want to be celebrated when I make it into eternity with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. One sermon about Jesus did. When you hear the word of God, it brings about change. When you hear the word of God, it brings about transformation. When you hear the word of God, it brings about enduring power in your life so that you can run the race that God has set before you. For the race is not given to the swift. It is given to the one that endures. And to the end. And make no mistake about it. The enemy is going to try to do everything in his power to get you to quit prematurely, to get you to tap out, to get you to throw in the tower, to get you to walk away from who you say you believe in. And if the enemy can get you tired, if the enemy can get you fatigued, if the enemy can get you weary, he's already given you direction. You have to pray every single day that the Lord will strengthen you to fight the good fight of faith. Not for yesterday, not for tomorrow, but for today. And I just want you to look to your left and to your right. Because what you're sitting beside and who you're sitting beside is a person that has overcome the odds. By all accounts, they should not be here. By all accounts, the weapons that were turned in that direction should have taken them out. By all accounts, cancer should have killed them, diabetes should have taken them out, high cholesterol should have evaporated their destiny prematurely, but they're still here, which is a testimony that God is good. And that is a complete sentence, period. God is good. Whether you feel like he is or not, God is good. And you need to remind yourself of that when you're going to the tests and the trials and the tribulations of this life. God is good when things are upside down in your life. God is good when your body is aching with pain. God is good. Why is God so good? Because He sees more in you than you could ever see in yourself. And if there's still breath in your lungs, then God's plan for your life is still yes and amen. And when you walk in the plan and the purpose of God, you may not feel good, you may not feel okay, but you gotta remind yourself that everything is gonna be alright because God is. You know what I told the enemy? I'm gonna shout just as long as I cried. I'm gonna celebrate just as long as I was grieving. I'm gonna lift my voice louder than I've ever lifted my voice. Because this is the day that the Lord has made. I got my mind made up. My mind is made up. My mind is made up. That I'm gonna rejoice and be made glad in it. So one more time. Lift up your heads, O ye gates. Throw your head back. Open up your mouth. And give Jesus your best praise. I said your best.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01You enchained too long to keep your hands down. You've been through too much hell not to experience heaven on earth. This moment ain't for you, this moment for me. I'm gonna praise until I feel my help come up. I said I'm gonna praise until I feel my health come up. I'ma praise until I feel my health come up. Because my health comes from the Lord. Whatever addiction it is, it can be broken. Whatever spirit it is, it can be broken. Whatever habit it is, it can be broken. Because that's power in the blood of Jesus. Oh, I dare to start cleaning the blood right now. I dare to start calling on the name of the Lord. You don't know what to say, just out Jesus. Just stop Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. I'm not leaving here bound, I'm not leaving here chained, I'm not leaving here shackled, I'm not leaving here depressed, I'm not leaving here stressed, I'm not leaving here worried, I'm not leaving here fearful, I'm leaving changed, I'm leaving free, I'm leaving redeemed, I'm leaving righteous, I'm leaving holy, I'm living separated, set apart for such a time as this. Come on, if you got your mind made up, I'm leaving change. Be broken. Because Jesus said that you are free. I said Jesus said that you are free, no longer bound, no chains holding me.
SPEAKER_03My soul, my soul, my soul, my soul, my soul is resting. It's just a blessing.
SPEAKER_04Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, praise the Lord, praise the Lord, hallelujah.
SPEAKER_01Now let me just hear the voices for a moment if you're free. Shout out to God with a voice of trial. I'm trying to move. But I just feel freedom in the room right now. I feel freedom in the overflow right now. I feel freedom for a celebration everywhere, family, right now. Somewhere in Germany, somebody's getting free. Somewhere in Africa, somebody's getting free. Somewhere in Romania, somebody's getting free. Somewhere in Canada, somebody's getting free. Somewhere in Hong Kong, somebody's getting free. Somewhere in Indonesia, somebody's getting free.
SPEAKER_04I wonder what free people sound like.
SPEAKER_01So for a moment, somebody need to pay their dues. You need to thank them like you're still standing. You need to thank them like you're still victorious. You need to thank them like you still got your right mind. You need to thank them like you're clothed in righteousness. You need to thank them like this is the day that the Lord has made, and you choose to rejoice being made glad in it. Come on, I need about sixty folks. That's glad. Some of you are gonna go to the doctor this week, and the doctor's gonna say, I'm looking at your charts. I'm looking, I'm looking at your my chart, and I don't see what I saw before. I don't understand. We're gonna have to run more tests, we're gonna have to do more research, and you're gonna sit there and remind the enemy, I'm one of them ones.
SPEAKER_03I'm one of them ones, I'm one of them ones, for greater is he that's in me than he that's in the world.
SPEAKER_01Lift your hands, close your eyes, bow your head. Well, Pastor, they don't take all that. You don't know how much hell I've been through. You don't know how much pain I've survived. You don't know how many hurdles I've had to overcome. You don't know how many giants I've had to defeat, you don't know how many obstacles I've had to scale, you don't know how many mountains I've had to climb. I refuse to let anyone else dictate how intensely, how intently I praise the one who set me free and redeemed me and changed my life and changed my mind and set me on the path of righteousness. Do I gotta witness something here today? Hands lifted, eyes closed, head bowed.
unknownThank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Your word your word.
SPEAKER_04Your word Hallelujah, Lord God is faithful.
SPEAKER_02God is faithful. God is faithful. God is faithful.
unknownThank you for your faith, Lord.
SPEAKER_02God is faithful. God is faithful. God is faithful. God is faithful. God is faithful.
SPEAKER_01If you're here today, you need Jesus to Savior. You want to know him as your Lord, your master, and your Savior. I want you to stretch both hands towards heaven right now. All over this room. In the overflow. Watching online. You're safe in his arms. You're safe in his hands. You're safe in his presence. For in his presence there is fullness of joy. Pleasure at his right hand forevermore. Repeat this prayer after me, Lord Jesus. Come into my heart. Forgive me from my sins. I repent. I turn away from my selfish desires. And I ask you to forgive me. I accept you as my Lord, my master, and my savior. And I acknowledge that I am a sinner in dire need of grace. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen. And amen.
